Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

1.  Cancellation Window:  Customers can cancel or reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any fees.

2.  Cancellation Fees:  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time may incur a cancellation fee equal to but not less than 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will not be refunded.

3.  Rescheduling:  Customers can reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time without any additional fees, subject to availability.

4.  Weather and Safety Concerns:  In cases where tours need to be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking at no extra cost, subject to availability.

5.  Refund Process:  Refunds for cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5-7 business days, back to the original payment method.

6.   Communication Channels:  All requests must be received IN WRITING via email, text, or WhatsApp.
